Xenical Description
Xenical, is a medicine that belongs in the Lipase inhibitors class. It acts mainly by preventing the human body from
assimilating certain fat substances in food and is in essence, a form of weight loss treatment. Although it may do wonders
for people suffering from obesity and other fat related health problems, Xenical prevents the calories from settling down
on the body. The best results of Xenical treatment are obtained when following a controlled diet – please consult
with your health care specialist to find out more about this. One of this drug's main advantages is that it does not stop
working after the unwanted weight has been cut down, but keeps acting as a preventive agent protecting the body from future
weight gains, and thus preventing obesity and other fat related health problems from settling back in. Its advantages come
at a cost, though, as Xenical treatment may cause a larger number of side effects than other weight reducing drugs available
on the market – it is recommended to closely follow the instructions obtained from the personal health care specialist
at all times, to avoid unwanted problems.
Xenical Dosage
Xenical dosage may vary from one case to another, depending on various factors such as age, weight and general health condition. Contact your personal health care specialist to obtain your exact dosage and intake schedule.
Xenical Missed Dose
Xenical is prescribed that you closely follow the intake schedule prescribed by your personal health care specialist.
However, if you happen to miss one dose, you should take it as soon as you remember then continue with the normal intake
schedule. If Xenical is almost time for another intake, skip that dose entirely and consult with your personal health care
specialist to establish if another course of action should be taken in the future. You should never take a double dose of
Xenical unless your doctor directly instructs you to do so.
Xenical Overdose
The symptoms of Xenical overdose have not yet been clearly established.
