The Kremlin diet, or diet of the American astronauts

The Kremlin diet differently termed still as a diet of the American astronauts, concerns to a category " a little carbohydrate " diets. Main principle of the Kremlin diet is minimization of consumption of carbohydrates.

Small deviation. At this diet two names: the Kremlin diet and a diet of the American astronauts. More truly, even three: sometimes it name still " a numerical diet ". What from them is more correct, who the first has invented this diet - the Kremlin doctors or the American experts on a feed from NASA? The answer to this question to us is unknown, whether and so it is important?

The main principle of the Kremlin diet consists in the following: to each food stuffs there corresponds the certain quantity of glasses (from here and the third name - a numerical diet), and for growing thin (conservation of weight) it is necessary, that your daily ration did not exceed:
  • For growing thin - 40 glasses;
  • For conservation of weight - 60 glasses.
At excess of a boundary in 60 glasses the weight starts to grow.

Contraindications to the Kremlin diet

The Kremlin diet (differently termed, we shall remind, " a diet of astronauts ") as, however, practically for growing thin, series of contraindications have all diets. This diet categorically counters indicatives to people with illnesses of the kidneys, to pregnant and feeding women. It is not recommended to sit on the Kremlin diet suffering chronic diseases; it is especial hearts, vessels, and a gastrointestinal path.
